*We do not sell lottery tickets, and Wisconsin law doesn’t allow for the lottery to be purchased by courier service. Therefore, you will need to drop off the lottery tickets you would like placed in the balloon prior to delivery date.

Lottery items can be dropped of at our Waukesha Balloon Boutique and Event Planning Center in Downtown Waukesha, Wisconsin. However once we have your tickets, this item is available to be delivered throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin and its seven counties.

This is the perfect way to present all of your lottery tickets. This can be made on the extra large base as shown, or on a smaller base. The smaller balloon base is perfect for those wanting to transport the balloon themselves as they will fit in the average car.
