This policy also covers our order delivery site as hosted by our sales system Square. BespokeBalloons.Square.Site presents the easiest checkout option for daytime delivery within 100 miles of our Downtown Waukesha Boutique.
Our order policies cover delivery, shipping, refunds and returns.

Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our custom-made products including balloon bouquets and stuffed balloons since they are all made to order.
As for the nature of balloons, we ensure that products are perfect at the time of delivery or pick up. We can make changes to any design before it is delivered, but do not guarantee how long the balloons will last past delivery. Helium balloons will float untreated anywhere from 12-24 hours when left untreated. If you would like helium balloons to last longer we can treat each balloon with hi float. That can extend a helium balloon to last up to several weeks long under the right conditions.
We will replace any of our custom-made gifts and momentos that arrive broken or damaged in shipping. We will ask for photographs of the broken item and its packaging before we send a replacement item. Clear photos showing the damaged items and their packaging as delivered will be required for any request to be fulfilled. Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement product.
Please note *Balloons are a choking hazard and it is recommended children under the ages of six be attended while playing with balloons.

To complete any replacements, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the photos within the first 24hours of delivery.
Refunds continued
We do not offer refunds for any of our products as they are all hand made to order. We strive to ensure that we understand your vision before we start production of any products. Some custom products do require design approval before being made. This helps ensure customer satisfaction.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in the shipping process. Please see above for further details.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificate sales are non refundable and may only be redeemed for services rendered by GBF Bespoke Balloons and Event Services unless otherwise specified.
Continental United Stated Shipping Policies
All of our items are made to order and require at least one day lead for production. For example, items ordered on Monday will be made on Tuesday. We offer shipping via UPS or Fed Ex. Depending on the order size, some may be shipped the same day as made. However, on average items are shipped the day after they are made. Therefore, an order placed on Monday will be made on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday. We do not ship over the weekend unless otherwise agreed upon as circumstances present themselves.
Southeast Wisconsin Balloon and Gift Delivery
Delivery of balloon boquetes, stuffed baloons, and gifts to Southeast Wisconsin and its seven counties of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington, Walworth, Kenosha, and Racine are delivered by GBF Bespoke Balloons and Event Services LLC. Balloons can be ordered for delivery up until 5:00 pm for the following business day delivery. An order placed monday at 4pm can be delivered tueday any time but a order placed at 5:15 pm would not be delivered until Wednesday. For a fee those same balloons ordered at 5:15 pm Monday could be delivered Monday or Tuesday.
Balloons can be delivered on the same day they are ordered for a $50 rushed order fee.
Shipping Returns
Returns of damaged goods can be dropped of or mailed to our Balloon Boutique located in the heart of Historic Downtown Waukesha at 805 Clinton Street, 53186.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please Note* during the replacement approval process we will notify you of how to process the damaged product.
